Peace be upon you, welcome, may God preserve you, how are you, young men? God willing, you are well.
Kamā fahimtu min hādhihi al-muqaddimati, mawḍūʿu liqā'inā al-yawma al-ʿāmmiyyatu, wa sāmiḥūnī ʿalā hādhā al-wajhi al-mutaʿabi,
As I understood from this introduction, the topic of our meeting today is colloquial Arabic, and forgive me for this tired face,

Hādhihi ash-shaqqatu al-ḥamdu lillāhi fīhā ḍawḍā'un dā'imatun wa ḍajjatun dā'imatun wa bukā'un dā'imun wa ḍiḥkun dā'imun.
This apartment, praise be to God, has constant noise, constant commotion, constant crying, and constant laughter.
